Law of attraction — you are doing it WRONG

I am certain you have heard the saying — “you become what you think about most of the time”. The phrase was coined by Brian Tracy … BUT … how truthful is it really?

When it comes to law of attraction, it’s not about your thoughts — it’s ALWAYS about your feelings. Sure, thoughts are important — every idea and everything else starts with the thought. However, thought alone is not that powerful.

In order for law of attractin to work, you need to feel as if you already have whatever it is you wish to attract. Visualisation and feelings is the key to manifest your dreams.

In this post I will teach you how to manifest your dreams. There are quite a few methods to do it. There is no such thing as “one size fits all” in here, just like in real world … for everything. Here, you can choose whichever method you like, whichever method seems easier for you. If one does not work — try another one. BUT, don’t try it once and say that it doesn’t work because you tried once and stopped. Try for a week or two before moving onto another method.

How to manifest what you want?

First of all, you need to stop to want. A lot of spiritual teachers say that “wanting” means lacking. The fact that you want something means that you are focusing on the feeling of that you lack something.

The secret formula of manifesting what you want is simple: intend what you desire, be greatful for what you already have (if you desire money, be greatful for your current financial situation, no matter how bad it really is, thank the universe for it), say your intention out loud (or in your head, for example: “I intend to make $30,000 this year”), imagine what it will feel like once you achieve your desire, strongly believe that you will achieve it (as a matter of fact, acknowledge that it already started manifesting, one step at a time), thank the universe and move on with your day. Repeat this on daily basis. Don’t do more than 20 minutes per session.

Now of course, this is just “one secret” out of many. There are several formulas. One of my facourite formulas is the very strong belief about yourself. This is simple but very hard to achieve. You just need to strongly believe that you are your desired version. For example, you should always believe that you are sexy, attractive, rich, money magnet, very social, etc …

Every morning, I wake up, go to bathroom to wash and I confirm what I am (or what I would love to be). Of course, you have to say “I am”, not “I wish to be this or that). If you talk to yourself in present tense then, in time, you will become what you say who you are. It worked for me and now I am way more confident, careless (not to the point where I would drive blind-folded, of course), stronger, more sarcastic, etc …

These are only 3 so called secrets, as mentioned, out of many. However, there are many techniques to attract what you want. I have tried them all (the ones I have mentioned in this post). The best thing is, you don’t need to choose just one. You can use all of these techniques.

Manifesting techniques

Visualization method

The visualization is quite simple. Of course, there are several different ways to visualize and attract what you want. The basic idea is to decide what you desire to attract, visualize how you feel if you already had what you desired.

However, in order for this to actually work, you need to use all 5 senses — see the results, touch it, hear surroundings, smell it and even taste it. For example, if you desired to attract money then imagine holding a pile of cash. Actually, feel the money in your hands. Smell it. Money has a certain smell, right? Oh and I love it, actually. Try counting (in your head) and hear the note sliding from one pile to another. Lick the money (I know it’s weird but I had done it in my mind … and real life as well).

When it comes to love life, you can use the same principle — see someone you love (not a specific person but rather a silhouette, a shape of a girl (or man)). Feel their love in your heart, feel the touch (touch her/him and feel them touching you (nothing too creepy works too)), hear their voice, smell them, lick them (it might be a bit creepy but do whatever you need to do to manifest your dreams, right?).

There, you just used all 5 senses. Do this routine several times throughout a single session (about 15–20 minutes per session). I would recommend doing so when you are in bed — both — mornings and evenings/nights).

Affirmations

There are several ways to do affirmations. When you keep repeating those affirmations, your mind has no other choice but to comply with what you are saying. Just remember 3 things — you have to mean it when saying it, you have to say it in present tense and you have to start with “I am”. As an example earlier — say “I am strong, I am rich” and actually feel it with entire body. Feel the excitement of becoming what you desire. Feel your blood burning.

Affirmation methods

Bed method — when you go to bed, close your eyes and keep saying your affirmations. It’s best if you keep saying until you fall asleep. When you are asleep, your subconcious mind is way less busy, therefore, your affirmations will be inprinted in your mind much easier and more powerfully.

Mirror method — like I mentioned earlier, my morning routine begins with affirmations in the bathroom. I don’t say it out loud but I strongly believe it when I say it in my mind. I feel like my blood starts boiling. I feel very excited. I also remember to mention that today is a good day. Today is a new adventure and full of opportunities. This also helps my business. Similarly, you can do it when you are showering or pooping in the toilet.

Wall method — it’s either that or poster method or whatever, essentially, the same thing. What you do is find some motivating posters that would start with “I am”, print it out and put it on the wall in your office, your bedroom, etc … The very first poster that comes into mind is Barney Stinson’s quote “I am awesome”. And it works really well

Alert method — now this works best if you are constantly using laptop or computer like I do. Since I work from home, I need to use my laptop all of the time. What I did was put alert coming out every hour, reminding me who I am. For example, alert pops up and says “I am awesome” or “I am rich” or whatever and then you have to click on “OK” button to make it disappear. Of course, sometimes it gets annoying when I am in the middle of very important thing but it’s OK, you can mute it for the day or something.

Mobile method — it’s exactly like alert method but with a twist. You do the same thing on the mobile. You can set up alarm on your smartphone to go off every hour. I am sure that every phone these days allow you to put a text next to alarm, so you just need to remind yourself how awesome you are.

These are all the affirmation methods that I know. I have used them all and I am sure that you can decide which one (or several ones) to use. It always depends on how you feel about each method and it is entirely up to you how to use affirmation — whatever works best for you.

Strong beliefs

I am sure I have already mentioned how important the beliefs are. I could write entire blog post of 10,000 words on beliefs and how to change them but I will post briefly about it here, in this post. Did you know that whatever happens in your life, 99% of those things that happen, is because of your subconscious mind? But wait, what does subconscious mind have to do with beliefs?

Well, your subconscious mind is like a programmed machine that works based on your beliefs. If you believe that you are poor, perhaps your friends and environment instilled this thought deeply into your subconscious. Perhaps, today, you might be thinking and feeling of being rich but you just can’t manifest your desires. This is because of that deeply rooted thought. Some spiritual healers would call it a baggage or blockage. It doesn’t matter whcih word you use, the thing is — it is problem that prevents you from manifesting that thing.

What you need to understand is that your past does not define who you are today. It can take just a second to realise this and release your old beliefs. Or you might be working whole life on it without any hope. The thing is, what you need to do is just completely let go of everything that anyone has said to you or about you. It is quite easy once you understand this: your past does not define who you are today.

Read this out loud: “MY PAST DOES NOT DEFINE WHO I AM TODAY”. Now repeat reading this several times. Actually, scroll down and comment this: “MY PAST DOES NOT DEFINE WHO I AM TODAY”. Do this — it will help to deepen this belief in your subconscious mind.

In my previous work, my boss would keep telling me how my work was disappointed. I did my best and it just wouldn’t work. Believe, I loved the job and atmosphere, all the people, etc … but what I was asked to do — it was beyond me. So, sadly, I had to quit. Guess what? After I quit, over the next month, my business recovered to the point where I was (still am) working less and making triple what I was making at that 9–6 job. Why? Because I believed that quitting the job was the right decision. Call it intuition, call it whatever, the experience that is supposed to be bad actually turned out to be even better.

One of my beliefs is that no matter what happened, especially, if something really bad happens, I see this as an opportunity for a change. When you lose a job, it feels bad and it can actually change your life … most people think that it changes for the worse. I say NO! Any change is good. Any change is an opportunity for a new life.

In order for you to understand how truly lucky you are, the fact the you are reading this post, it means you got internet connection at home. You have roof above your head and food put on the table, right? You don’t even realise how much luckier and richer you are than a lot of people. Think of all those homeless people who beg for money everyday. Now you must realise how lucky you are.

So these are 3 main beliefs that I care with me all of the time — I know that today is a new day, a new adventure, therefore, what happened yesterday or before yesterday, does not define me who I am right now. I also believe that any situation has no power over our emotional state — only us, the people who react or respond to situations. I do believe that any bad situation or experience has an opportunity to turn out into something good. The last but not least — I know that I am very lucky to be alive today. As long as you have these beliefs strongly embed in your subconscious, you will be invincible to anything. That is a way towards enlightenment, my friends!

Masturbation method

I know that before I started writing this post, I would steer away from anything creepy … but what is creepy anyway?

This method is a little bit more exciting … literally. I will not get into much detail here but I will tell you this quickly: do you know what really makes your intentions and thoughts truly powerful? How much energy you put in! Masturbation method uses sex/orgasm energy. Yes, it is energy because everything is energy. This orgasm/sex energy is SO POWERFUL, that it is capable of pro-creating new lives. Don’t believe me? Have sex unprotected … OK, don’t, just take my word for it

So, what you need to do is masturbate or have sex to the point where you are about to have an orgasm. During orgasm you direct your thoughts and feelings towards your desire. Again, you need to imagine what it feels like to have what you desire. Feel with all 5 senses. Your intentions become super-powerful during the ejaculation moment so keeping your mind busy with visualisation during the ejaculation is super important. Once done, live your day as you normally would.

I have to admit that even I tried it … to some moderate success … I mean, I would still be excited after the procedure … so …

Attracting what you want instantly

Alright, all these methods work and, hopefully, make sense. But how is it that some people are able to manisfest what they want almost instantly? I strongly believe that you need to actually practice and in time you will be able to attract things much quicker. However, I also believe that you can attract your desires almost instantly. But before we begin, we need to talk about multiverse or many worlds theories.

Multiverse / Many worlds theory

Multiverse or many worlds theory states that there are infinite amount of universes co-existing together. Parallel to each other. Many worlds theory is also known as parallel realities. They work something like radio waves — we don’t see them but we know that there are hundreds of radio stations being broadcasted simultaneously. However, when you turn the radio station on — it tunes in into a single station.

Similarly, we can tune in into a single reality. It becomes our “default” reality. We can also jump through the realities intentionally or unintentionally. Mandela effect may have something to do with it. Mandela effect is when something in the past (usually TV shows or historical fact(s)) does not match with people’s memories. Now I am not talking about single person’s memory, I am talking about memories of many people. Some people believe that multiverse/many worlds theory explains the Mandela Effect.

Anyway, let’s get back to the topic — attracting what you want instantly. Since we believe there are infinite universes out there, it makes sense that there is a universe where you have already achieved what you desire — be it riches, cool lifestyle, family, etc … so, why would you want to attract something that you desire when you can actually jump into reality that already has what you desire? That’s exactly how people are able to manifest things instantly.

Quantum jumping

Quantum jumping is pretty much shifting through realities — jumping from one reality to another, intentionally, of course. The thing is, you don’t need to learn a skill to shift through the realities. Why? Because you are already doing it. Every single moment of your life — you are shifting through parallel realities. Watch this short video where Aaron Doughty explains how it works:

It works as it has worked for me in the past. If you have no experience in shifting realities, don’t be discourage if it does not work at first attempt. However, in this post I will give you a few techniques that have worked for me in the past. They are quite easy to do. If you keep practising, I am sure it will get even easier.

Walk in method

This method is straight forward, very similar to visualisation methods really. You have to realise that there is infinite amount of realities out there so you choose one that you prefer. Think of qualities you have in the desired reality. Now close your eyes, imagine big doors right in front of you. What you do now is open the doors and jump into oblivion. Of course, you have to know that once you make the jump, you are jumping into the new reality.

This might take a days, weeks, months, or, perhaps, it might work right away. It’s all about how powerful your intention and imagination is.

Live it method

This one is very similar to pretty much any visualisation method to attract what you want. Just imagine yourself in your desired reality and how you behave. Imagine a particular scenario where you are dealing with something that you wish to change in your current reality. Struggling with money? Imagine yourself and how you behave in your desired reality when it comes to money. What I mean is, imagine yourself closing a $10K/mo deal, handshaking your client, etc … what emotions and feeling does it give you? Feel them, embody the yourself in your desired reality.

Struggling with love? Embody yourself in your desired reality where you are loved. For example, imagine your wife/girlfriend, etc … hugging you from behind and whispering “I love you” in your ear. Feel the joy and other emotions that this scenario gives you.

2 cups method

This method is probably easiest one and I must say, it works. It worked for me on numerous occassions.

First, things you need: 2 cups, 2 post-it notes, pen and some water. Pour water in one of the cups. Write “CURRENT” on one post-it note. Then write your current situation that you wish to change. For example, “No girlfriend”. Stick it on a cup you just poured water to. On the other post-it note write “DESIRED” and write your desired outcome underneath it. For example “Fullfilling and loving relationship”. Stick it on the emtpy cup.

Now, what you need to do is slowly pour water from “CURRENT” cup to “DESIRED” cup listening to every single sound that your action makes. Once done, take the “DESIRED” cup, feel the emotions that it gives you just about thinking about your desired outcome, for example, what it feels like to have someone who loves and someone you love? Spend about 5–10 seconds, then drink the water.

Congratulations, you just intentionaally shifted realities! What you need to do now is remove the notes, trash them, take cups, clean them, put them in their place and go on about your day without thinking about your ritual. Of course, your outcome might not come in a day or two. For me, when I did this ritual to attract a new client, it took about 5 days for the new client to show up.
