I workout every day too. Weights 3x week and some form of cardio on the other days. It doesn’t have to be intense or for a long period, but I find I need it to start my day off right and clear my mind for the tasks ahead.
I have weeks ‘off’ sometimes if we’re away, but I’m always moving, practicing yoga or just doing something active (our trips usually involve kayaks or bushwalking). It just makes me feel better and helps keep my mind in check.
