I don’t think the dishwasher is like the garbage man or anything less. They help with first impressions. The dishes must sparkle with out any dirt, food or spots. People usually talk about the chefs or the cooks about how the dishes may or may not taste good or how the server gives the food and busts tables. But, if the dishes aren’t clean enough, you’d surely hear about it.
So the dishwasher is the backbone of the kitchen staff. They may not be seen but they make an impact on your dining experience.
