Look at the controversy surrounding the tiny % representation of non-white males in Google, Facebook, Twitter etc. Lately everyone is hiring a ‘Diversity VP’… it will be interesting to see if these companies actually work towards their targets or if its just a PR stunt to appease all of the controversy surrounding them lately.
