If I asked you to describe what you are doing to these three separate people, I bet you that the way you told your story would change.

Yet you still stick to your practiced, rehearsed and grammatically correct pitch when getting on the stage.

But consider who you are talking to and what key messages you are trying to get across, what do you want them to rememeber? or even more important, what do you need them to understand?

Figure out who you are talking to, and adapt your narrative to them.
