I will bet neither you or your friend has any idea how his SNAP benefit is calculated. Here is a hint. If he gets $80 from SNAP it is because the information he put on his application says he has $380 left after his allowable deductions to make an “Expected Family Contribution” of $114 towards the cost of his own food. Nothing Donald J Trump proposed is going to change that unless your friend presently makes more than $1501 monthly. Then his benefits will stop. You really should try looking these things up. Or, just keep listening to what TP says you should know and you can guess about the rest.
