As the chilly nights roll in, fire is required to chase the cold away. And if any character in history of fiction can be described as fire personified, it is Heathcliff 💓💓💓.

He got on to the bed, and wrenched open the lattice, bursting, as he pulled at it, into an uncontrollable passion of tears. ‘Come in! come in!’ he sobbed. ‘Cathy, do come. Oh, do — once more! Oh! my heart’s darling! hear me, this time, Catherine, at last!’

—Emily Brontë, Wuthering Heights

Hmm, don’t you just love winter ❄️??

A quote from LOTR: The Two Towers.

A beachside life is a blessing ❤

I was watching the sunset on the beach by my house a few days back, was lost in the magic of Two Towers when I looked up and noticed that nature matched Tolkien’s world for once :) it felt nice.

And speaking of things that match Tolkien’s world:

‘Behold, I am not Gandalf the Grey, whom you betrayed. I am Gandalf the White, who has returned from death. You have no colour now, and I cast you from the order and from the Council.’

— J.R.R Tolkien, The Two Towers

Oh yes, back like Gandalf. Back to cast you away as if you never existed. I am back.
