Thanks for this amazing insight! it was brief read yet informative enough. I was interested in Dollar Shave Club model and progress for some time now, but I never paid much attention to NatureBox. Thanks for that, and I completely agree with you on the part that consumer data is more valuable than the product itself when it comes to a better service. I am in full conviction that as we become more connected, and as latency is approaching zero in getting feedback, it is really a matter of how we meet the existing needs of the user instead of predicting it.
