Thank you for sharing your son’s experiences and I’m glad to hear that things have gotten better. I have found that a lot of those methods help as well — especially going to be at the same time every night, no electronics, and the same bedtime ritual. I also live in a much quieter environment than I used to which I think helps as well. I never thought about the mirrors though — that’s really interesting.
