Journaling for Mindset Victory

Ordinary people accomplishing extraodinary things in our lives.

Our Mindset calls tap into and disolve the limiting beliefs we’ve grown up and lived by. They are not our true beliefs nor are they our life-long intentions, we were simply programmed.

Programmed by Family and Society on how they perceive our world should be lived.

My Friend Steve Murray teaches his Children how to think, feel, do and become their own person and not live (mentally chained) by what the norm dictates.

These are his words:

I have experimented extensively with the Power of Journaling. I share with you the list of questions to answer daily that I place on the last page of my Journals as a guide. I put these questions into the journals I give out, including the ones to my kids. I suggest answering at least 3 or more of the questions daily. The list of questions was developed over several years from what I was journaling. Please add your own life questions to the list. The more you write, the more you will learn about yourself.

1. What am I thankful for today and Why? 2. What did I learn today? 3. What did I achieve today? 4. What did I read today to improve my life? 5. What Idea did I have today? 6. Who did I lift up today? Who did I thank, forgive, compliment, make smile or help today? 7. What lesson, manifestation, awareness, or intuition did the universe bring me today? 8. What important thing, event or experience happened today? 9. How and What did I feel today and Why?

When we turn around the negative, there’s more room for the positive to come into our lives. And that’s what people truly want, peacefulness, no drama, mentally free from the restrictions of “why me” or “why can’t I” or “why can’t I just catch a break”, or the “If only’s”

Monthly Wrap Up Month ___________________________ I have taken the time to review my daily & weekly entries, remembering what I learned, what I felt, and what I was grateful for. If asked to list the top things that I have gleaned from the last month, this would be my reply.

What are you truly grateful for and why?

Right now, right this minute, you have the ability to change the way your day unfolds.

Grab a notebook .. turn the page — write tomorrow’s date and write an intention for tomorrow, in present tense.

See this little girl? That’s my Granddaughter. I want for her, more than what Society deems. It starts with me, my mindset and how I teach her.

This is WHY I do what I do, and WHY I AM evolving into a better and more mentally grounded person.

To be successful in your endeavor, you need to be with a group of people that values you as a person, is going the same general direction you are and will lift you up.

That’s what we are here for. All of us contribute to the mental and spiritual welfare to the next person. We all have a story to tell, and yours is unique.
