Bitbucket “support”

I have sent Bitbucket a message telling them they have a cosmetic issue on a repository cloning page.

I had a suspicion that the ticket will make no good given the form for ticket submission contained fields like “What is the impact to your business”, but went ahead nevertheless.

I didn’t expect to receive the following though:

Hi there,

We did check your request and, the referred repository seems to be working properly.

Can you confirm that this is ok for you now?

Let us know if you have any questions.

Unfortunately, the questions I have about it can’t be answered by a support team member.
