Starta was founded on a simple mission: we believe that billion dollar businesses will emerge out of Africa that will leverage on technology to scale. Our mission is to support the entrepreneurs building those businesses.

We do this by providing content, consulting and community for entrepreneurs building tech-enabled businesses in the continent.

We’ve written several articles, hosted networking events, hosted High Growth African Summit, organised startup bootcamps.

And more recently… we host a popular weekly podcast Building the Future with Dotun.

We do more

What else do we do at Starta apart from providing free content on entrepreneurship, hosting events and producing podcasts?

We are not a charity.

We actually work with select number of growth stage startups and established companies to figure out their customer acquisition and retention growth.

We do growth!

We’ve worked (and still working) with companies like Flutterwave (fintech), Cranium One (coworking space), DiyLaw (legal service), Omar Gardens (horticulture and landscape), JEE Client Services (legal services), Purple Premium (real estate), Proteach (edtech)…

This is not a digital marketing agency. Instead, we help companies focus on affordable and scalable growth channels, and help them build an in-house team to execute.

What we have done with these businesses — both tech and nontech — is how we validate a lot of growth frameworks we write about.

Now we are opening this service up for two more businesses to join us.

We can only work with very few at a time.

To work with you, we’ll have to determine if there is a fit, and if we can significantly make a difference to your growth trajectory within a short time.

If your business is currently making money — at least $10,000 per month — and you want to scale to the next level, let’s have a chat.

Book a strategy session with us.
