Your morning routine
Once I wake up, I settle into a comfortable seating position. I give thanks to what I have in my life right now and say a little prayer. Just sitting there for a few minutes to enjoy the morning calm does wonders to your mind and soul. In that time, I do a quick visualisation of how I want the day to work out and a bit about my long-term goals. This is followed by a quick workout and this could either involve the treadmill or a yoga mat. After that, I shower, get ready, have my breakfast and commence the day.
I never leave the house without having my breakfast. If I’m running late, I’ll grab my breakfast and eat it on the go. It’s one thing that gives me an energy boost and keeps my mood up till my hunger pangs for lunch strike!
