Is this #Linkybrains????
This is a work in progress based on all the feedback I have had.

Big Vision Stuff
Humanity has always operated like a living breathing connected organism with each person helping humanity develop. Humanity has also always grown in leaps, the leaps being compounded by unreasonable exponential people Einstein, Marie Currie, Newton, Picaso, De Vinci, etc, etc.
Humanity over the past few 1000 years created a system to allow it to adapt and grow. The system has grown past what it was meant to be. Everyone knows the system is broken, humanity cannot continue as is, but everyone believes they can’t individually or collectively fix the system. Humanity no longer controls the systems and structures it created.
The challenges that humanity, is and will face, are greater than ever. Things are changing faster than ever. Already we have Artificial Intelligence that is much better at linear thinking than humans, this is only going to increase. Humanity needs to adapt to these changes so as to be able to utilise the unique talents they have to be the best they can be. What will humans do? Where will they fit in the new world? The questions are endless. Think where humanity has come from in 500 years, where will it be in 500 more? Humanity is either about to develop the abilities and tools to conquer the universe or we will be another species that once existed on planet earth. There is no halfway house on this. The universe is about to become our playground or we die out. Our traditional systems of education and employment will be of no worth. Humanity needs a paradigm shift and it will not come from linear thinking.
We propose to create an environment, utilising every single person on the planet, to develop and nurture, exponential unreasonable people for the benefit of all of humanity. The simple goal of helping this living breathing connected organism, called humanity, bridge to the future as quickly as possible.
Problems to Fix

Basic Stuff to Do to Make the Big Vision Stuff Happen:)
To do the above we need to free up exponential unreasonable people away from the things that are not utilising their talents. Thus giving them free time to think about greater ideas that can add leaps to humanity.
We start with local coffees and aim to create opportunities and build support for these like minded people to learn to trust each other. Small groups of people supporting each other 1 to 1 to start can do wonderful things.
Society has always advance by people eating and drinking together ( breaking bread ).
1000’s of Local Coffee Events with simple GOAL’s
Keeping people connected and involved and trusting. Small groups of people supporting each other 1 to 1 to start can do wonderful things….I know again:)
Looking at obvious local issues and start fixing them.
At the end of every event each person on the way home do a random act of kindness, like buying a homeless person a coffee and talking to them for 5 minutes:)
100’s of Virtual Coffees
No matter who you are, most of the smartest people who can fix the problem you see are some where else in the world and you are not connected to them.
People who understand each other and relate to each other effortlessly
Fixing global problems with simple solutions
Providing Funding for Virtual Teams Doing Wow Projects to Help Humanity
Example someone shared with me that Linkybrains could help virtually easily :
We should be able to create a list of these. If we don’t find them already existing then we should create them.

Practical Stuff For the First 4 weeks of an Event Happening
For the first 4 weeks when a location opens up we need someone to make sure the events get announced and promoted.
All this involves is:
· announcing a location, date and time for the events
· adding it to the linkybrains.com site
· tagging people they know on social media who live in the location
· posting an article announce the event
· ideally turning up at the eventJ
· making sure some photos get taken at the event
· asking other people who appear at the event to run a new event and repeat this process
·at the end of every event each person on the way home buys a homeless person a coffee and talks to them for 5 minutes:)·
·sharing photos after the event
· writing up and article after the event — good and bad about how it was and how they felt
This is all about bring people you already know together, with new people and then seeing how you can help each other on things you are already doing. This is all about growing deeper trust between people.
So can we have some volunteers for this for the locations we have please for the first 4 weeks please
Longer term I envisage every city on the planet will have someone who does this for 4 weeks and then someone else may take over the role, or not:)

As the community grows round the world we need to develop support systems. These include:
Local Systems
constant and regular coffees
1 to 1 mentoring systems
local problems to fix
training courses to develop Linkybrains
systems to hunt for linkys
Larger Events
large countrywide events to bring people together ( Country and Global Summits )
Virtual Events
podcasts
videos
live Q and A’s
online learning courses
forums to allow people to virtually connect
large problems
Funding
Funding systems to help:
fund Linkybrains internal projects and staff
fund local events
companies raise finance
Ideas raise finance and then grow teams

MORE SHIT BELOW I HAVE NOT WORKED OUT YET BUT SHOULD GO SOME WHERE
As things expand I would also think the same should happen based on connecting people with virtual coffee events, who have knowledge or wish to help in relation to global solutions:
Education
Mental Health
Physical Health
Bio Tech
Aging Populations
Biology
Enviroment
Energy
Planet Well Being
Socialising
Fun
Transport
Finance
Space
Ethics
Philosophy
Food
Agriculture
As time goes on I expect these real coffees to become more localised and these virtual coffees become more niche.

Lots more:):) But don’t seem yet to be able to express it easily. From experience one day I will wake up and write it down. In my head linkybrains is in every city in the world, that is just a time scale now. It is done, it can no longer be stopped. We have local solutions from one part of the world being shared on some platforms to other parts of the world who have similar issues. We have people who can fix huge problems connected and coming in and out of projects when there skills are need. Many of these projects will spin away from Linkybrains and that will be great. I see Linkybrains as a sort of living breathing ideas pot with great people coming in and out. A sort of connected humanity. I see FB, Linkedin, twitter etc as simply hammers to help build a small house, from the small house people will come and go and learn and go off and build better houses. Many will never come to the small Linkybrains house or even know about it. A side product will be many people will become so much more than they ever thought they could be. Maybe this is my first draft:)

I love this:
The thing I loved most about Google[x] and about Google actually is what Larry (Page) used to call the toothbrush test. It’s what I admired most about Google in general was that constant commitment to solve a problem before we earned the right to make commercial benefit from it. The idea was to solve big problems and the side effect was to be commercially successful. It’s the idea of “if we do good, good will come back and commercial success will come back”. I think that’s surprisingly a concept that we built civilization on. A shoemaker back 100 years ago did not start with a spreadsheet. He started with a good shoe. In a very interesting way, we’ve stopped doing that. We started to focus on the money, on our own greed, on our own benefit. I hope that somehow, as part of our value system, we try to change our attempt to making the world a better place as the target, and becoming successful as a result, not the other way around.

Self Funding ideas?
Create the maddest campaigns possible to crowdfund to raise money — we can miss many times and still be successful. If we hit once we raise enough to do loads
In 2005, student Alex Tew needed a way to pay for college. He created a website with a million pixels and quickly sold the pixels for a $1 each. Within a matter of months, he made an unlikely $1 million.
After hearing his friends in a bar complain about the responsibilities of pet ownership, Gary Dahl conceived of the idea for the Pet Rock. He sold 1.5 million of the Pet Rocks in one year at a price of $4 per rock, with very little overhead.
TED like Events
Licensing Deals
Donations
Angellist Job Board
Crowdfunding for ventures to back
ICO- ???
Patreon
Earn
Producthunt decentralised system
Build Steemit
Licence the brand
Allow people to use the brand and make profit we take a rev share and/or we have equity. ( Branson does this with Virgin partners — Max Kelly will know lots about this )
Jobsites, event sites, VC, etc etc
We utilise the money to fund growth and internal projects
We pay people based on UBI concepts, enough to be happy, so they can add value to the core?
People can do other things too
We take profit and do 20 under 20 type ideas
We take profit and invest in 10 under 10 kids
We take the profit and fund wild ideas that help humanity but have yet no commercial interest and so people are reluctant to fund…so 10 prizes £1 million each to clean the oceans…we take small equity cut in the mad of the mad
We take profit and create wild prizes like Prize X does
We allow corporates access to things for a fee but also they must allocated funds to funding wild stuff with their name on it….this means corporates buy into internal wild projects…
We create a sort of VC with us as the cornerstone LP to invest im wild ideas for the benefit of humanity
Any profits in VC get recycled into bigger ideas

The Future Companies Have No Founders
The world where a founding team run a company for years is coming to an end. Blockchain, Crypto and especially ICO’s are the just the start.
We had localised, centralised companies like the old corner shop. It was owned by some local people and they employed some local people.
Then the new big companies appeared, dominated by the founding family, who kept control of the company for decades and even generations…Rothchild’s, Heiniken, etc
The monster tech companies appeared, with the mantra that a genius founder could run a company from inception to mega…. Apple ( Jobs ), Google ( Larry and Sergei), Facebook ( Zuch ), Amazon ( Bezos ), etc
Then the decentralised systems appeared, but still society hung onto the past. ICO’s were still the same as the monster tech companies. The founding teams still controlled the vision and had more coins that anyone else and could control much of the “company”. ICO’s were just a new mechanism to fund the same ideas. Anyone could create a new ICO and call it a fork, but this was effectively just another “company” with the same funding mechanisms. People still worshipped at the alter of the founder, Vitalik (Ether ), Roger Ver (Bitcoin Cash ), etc
What would happen if we simply had “Ideas” that could raise via an ICO. The “Idea” would then reward coins to people based on how they help the “Idea” develop. We no longer need founders. The best help appears at the best time and gets reward suitably.
With my Linkybrains hat on is this the future for these people to be rewarded for their contribution to society?

Are the algo’s making our lives all ok, so we can’t be arsed to do anything else. Apathy has set in.
The algo’s will make our lives better and the AI and alog’s will go on to do what they want?

ICO for Good??
1. Create a Linkybrains “ICO for good”, funds wild ideas that are great for humanity.
2. Some Linkybrains coins are released to the market to raise operational money and “investing” money.
3. Linkybrains company/foundation has the ability to generate cash from many channels, licencing the brand, knowledge as a service, etc
4. People who do work get paid in cash/coins. Coins can not be traded for years. Meaning people are incentivised to help make the community more valuable over time.
5. Linkybrains “ICO for good” uses extra cash ( the majority ) to invest in the wild ideas that are great for humanity and no one will fund and have almost no chance of success. We would need to define this properly. Linkybrains takes small amount of equity in these companies.
6. Linkybrains “ ICO for good” finds projects, founders and teams who can do these projects. Founders and teams can come and go as need be. Linkybrains will gift teams they invest into some coins. This will encourages these teams to help other parts of the Linkybrains system.
7. Funded companies get support from the Linkybrains community.
8. Every 5 years Linkybrains company/foundation pays a % of income to coin holders.
9. Contracts, payments etc are on the blockchain and ledger.
10. Probably a security.
The closest thing I can come up with in my head at the minute is: EF for good, for projects that would not be normally funded, with no physical location and teams of the best people who come in and out of a project as needed….that is the investment arm. Then a revenue generating arm like TED like with licencing deals and events. Plus other simple but dull revenue generating things jobs board to allow corporates to recruit linkybrains, consultancy projects to help corporates utilise these people properly. Resulting in a virtual entity producing revenues that help linkybrains be more effective, helps normal companies utilise their skills better, that also funds exceptional people to do exceptional projects that would normally not be funded as the risk profile is too high and the potential financial rewards are too limited.
