Ted — an update. The Scott’s Company media rep just sent me a non-response. Essentially, “if used as directed” etc etc. So they’re not answering the question and I’ve pulled that article. I’ll rethink if it can be used inside some kind of cage or ??? But generally, a good indoor/greenhouse product. But thanks again for bringing the issue to my attention.
Ted — I’ve never seen this happen with this grade of “stickiness” but I have a technical query into the company. Thanks for the question though -I’ll either have to amend the note with this data or rethink the trap (and your idea about the screening is an excellent one btw. I have just the stuff (small hardware cloth) Thanks! for the note.
Wendy — haven’t been on SBI in vast ages. :-) Moved everything to Wordpress quite some time ago. And having said that, my non-fiction sites have been underperforming and after reading Ev Williams article https://medium.com/@ev/the-rationalization-of-publishing-dc001d509de8 I decided to move my non-fiction garden world here.
