Getting a Job: rejection and motivation on the job hunt

“Everyone is hiring!” I hear it all the time. I see it all the time. “Everyone is looking for hard workers!” Ok. Yes, I see the “We’re Hiring!” signs outside of Wendy’s, Hobby Lobby, and Walgreens. However, I’ve been in the workforce for three years, I have two degrees from an accredited university, and I feel like I can find a job I love that doesn’t involve flipping burgers. Can I?
