Saw the story about the cloning factory yesterday morning in Hong Kong. Made me wonder how countries like Brazil and Australia took the news. I can imagine a self-sustaining China, which doesn’t import food, but ends up exporting foods that traditionally are brought into the country. We’ve already seen what a rapid decompression of commodities consumption looks like, and we are not even done. Weakened Aussie dollar, slowed down manufacturing, and loss of jobs (just to list some negatives). My point of view isn’t negative. Just curious.
