The Rock Test: A Hack for Men Who Don’t Want To Be Accused of Sexual Harassment
Anne Victoria Clark

I really do love the tongue-in-cheek approach, I do. However, I don’t believe you have to treat women like a man to show them respect in the workplace. I think it’s very much possible to both respect a woman AND appreciate her for being a woman.

I’m surrounded by women every day at my work. We joke about gender, we discuss gender openly, and I don’t take any extra care in dealing with them. That’s how much I respect them.

They’re my peers who are my mentors, my employees, my business partners, and my clients. I respect and appreciate them for who they are. And I hope they appreciate me as their ally, not their opposition.
