How so? In that two transactions of value are being made on the blockchain for each learner per credential earned? Do you mean to say that this could become expensive or time consuming for credential grantors?

Just as learners would need a ‘wallet,’ I would imagine the need for a custom wallet/application/interface for credential issuers.
