Manifesto for Scrum

We are uncovering better ways of achieving scrum by doing it and helping other doing it. Through this work we have to value:

Attending a daily scrum over not attending a daily scrum.

Standing in a room with people on my team for between 5–15 minutes over different means of communicating with people on my team.

Saying what we did yesterday, what we plan to do today, and any impediments, over digressive discussions of the best Schwarzenegger films.

Participating in scrum in whatever capacity it is possible to do so at first thing in the morning in order to ensure developers get to work at least within 1.25 hours of the stated working start hour over abandoning completely the ideals of scrum agile.

That is, while there is value in the items on the right, we value the items on the left more.
