You’re strawmanning me. You have it backwards. I’m putting you to higher standards. The link I posted is a direct refutation of the 3 trillion price tag argument.

Sure, I’ll post a calculation, please see below :)

You’re the “expert” with the credentials. If you can’t read this article and either respond to its strong my argument, issue an apology for misinformation, or retract your article if you can’t do that :) you might need to either update it or delete it altogether.

Cost equation:

N = U — (Y * T)

Net = net cost or net benefit

U = UBI dollar amount

Y = market income

T = tax rate

The Karl Widerquist article has tables showing what this means, aggregated together, I won’t repost that so you will need to refer to his article, which is why I posted the link :)

For your convenience, I will post it again: https://usbig.net/papers/BackOfTheEnvelope--4Posting--2017Jun.pdf

Bottom line: Its a $500 billion pricetag if you account for all aggregated households of all tax brackets , not $3 trillion. See the linked article. I would appreciate if you could inform your readership of this calculation. You are the one with the responsibility to do your due diigence, Mr. Credentials. So, do Your job, please :) I assume you do care about what the truth is given your original post. But you need to do an honest re-assessment of your facts. Your original calculation is flawed. Bottom line.
