The fans all want a great experience at Nationals Park — thus far, the execution by Levy has been far less than stellar as was so obvious and painful during Opening Day.
However, the pains still continue. The use of eCash at one of the bars along the 1st base line was still unavailable at the Tuesday night game vs the Cardinals on April 11th because “it was not connected to the network”. The server commented that she had alerted the manager over an hour ago but was told “Just tell ’em it is cash only.” Really? How about some action and ownership?
The executive dashboard at Levy should be flashing bright red for the status of the current operations at Nats Park. Please continue to push on Levy to deliver the kind of experience that is warranted and expected.
