It would be interesting to add some pitfalls you have observed with OKRs. While they might be a superpower, they are not a universal panacea. Even at Google their effectiveness varies across orgs.
Long-term strategic thinking can get lost, conversely short-term agility often isn’t rewarded, and OKR incentives — especially when coupled with promotions — can get sticky.
As always, the devil is in the execution.
