How I became a morning person (and why I decided to make the change)
John Zeratsky

I sit here pondering what I will miss out on if I’m in bed by 9:50 P.M. Your narrative carries credibility simply by admitting that it’s still not easy getting up early. I worked out at one point of my life over 500 consecutive days. I did some crazy things just to keep the streak alive. And while the benefits were obvious, I never learned to love the idea of working out. So I appreciate your being honest and forthcoming about the challenges. Thank you for sharing your tips on how to become less of a night owl. (Yikes! It is now 1:19 A.M. and I must write an open letter to a sibling after the passing of our father.)
