Edge heading the IE direction :). Literally nothing changed within Microsoft regarding their browser. They wanted to make Edge an actual browser, that would be fast and awesome, but repeat IE mistakes on being behind everyone with implementing standard and most wanted features.
At this moment, I consider Edge a second IE and don’t bother making my web apps work with it, because why would I lose my time and make experience for majority of users worse, just to make the small group of Edge users happy?
I strongly support Andreas here — Mr Nadella, show how much you care and do something about that issue.
