I was pretty much on board with your “I’m a celebrity, so heart this post”-point.

In fairness, look at it from Alanis’s point of view. There is an interesting new platform (medium) that will gladly host her writing and they are aware of the celebrity traffic bump. So it’s win-win. Sure it’s self-serving, it would also be self-serving to write what she wrote on her own blog or anywhere else.

Your fun snarky commentary on Medium was a worthwhile read, grain of salt though.
