You Become your habits.

Everyone has their own habits, their own patterns.

Habits are what you do day in and day out, and the more you do it the better your get at it.

However you also become the habits, you change according to your habits

A few days a go i realized the importance of my habits in how i am and how i behave in the world.

I had a very busy month and was focused on the work at hand, coming home tired and sleeping. And skipping my habits, thinking that i need to sleep so i can perform tomorrow.

My habits included: Meditation, sports, reading, Energy cleaning and more.

Days passed and i started to feel less powerful, more stressed and i slowly reverted back to my older self, without realizing. Being to focused on the work.

In the process i was wondering why i felt like this, i was thinking that maybe its from work stress and just overall fatigue. But i realized that i haven’t been doing my ritual for some time.

After that i started again meditating, training, and more.

In a few days i felt like a new person, calm, focused and powerful.

Now i understand the power of this daily tasks and how they empower us and what happens when they are not present.

This habits kept me at the level that i decided i wanted to be, skipping them i lowly slide back to the average level where most of the people reside.

Chose your habits wisely .

Be consistent with your habits they become you.
