If you feel stuck, try this:

Consider what you are working on or creating.
Close your eyes, deepen your breath.
Feel all of the feelings, and notice all the swirling thoughts about it.

Pause. Identify the very next step. What is the very next step you need to do?

(The next step should be very simple. For example: Make a phone call to a former colleague asking if they’d like to partner on the project, add an event to your calendar, write an email to your list sharing your new course, decide what your next offering will be, check with your assistant to see if they completed a certain task. If it seems complex, break it down once again, into the very next step of the complex action you’re seeing. For example: if the next step is creating a new website, the actual next step could be something like.. Brainstorming a list of what you like about your current website and what you don’t like about your current website.)

Let go of everything else, knowing the rest will come after you take the next step. Sometimes clarity is revealed only after you begin moving.

Take that step.

Celebrate yourself for taking the step.

Repeat.
