Terry Crews is known for always being a never-ending source of energy and is consistently in phenomenal shape. On multiple occasions, when asked what is his secret to his energy, great shape, and youthful looks at 49 years of age, he claims Intermittent Fasting is the key.

Intermittent Fasting is a method of fasting where you cycle periods of eating and fasting. Intermittent fasting isn’t a diet, it’s a method of eating. You’re focused more on when you eat, not so much of what you eat (however that is still important).

The typical intermittent fasting cycle (24 hours) looks something like this:

16 hour fasting time — meaning no food. Just water, coffee, or tea. (example: 7pm — 11am)

8 hour eating time — You can eat however much you desire in the 8 window. (example: 11am — 7pm)
