I finally had the time and opportunity to cook, what with my busy schedule as a senior intern and with only 3 months left from the Sept PLE.

So I decided to cook adobo sa asin, a twist from the usual adobo sa toyo and adobo sa suka.

What you need:

Pork, water, salt, garlic, onions

How to cook:

  1. Wash the pork with tap water.
  2. Place it in a pan, add crushed garlic (only 1/2 of what you prepped), and 1 teaspoon of salt.
  3. Fill the pan with water until all meat are submerged.
  4. Boil it until all water’s gone and the meat is starting to produce oil.
  5. Add the rest of the garlic and minced onion. Sautee until the garlic turns golden brown.
  6. You can add salt according to your preference.
  7. Voila! Serve it with a lot of rice!
