How to cook Adobo sa Asin
1 min readMay 29, 2019
I finally had the time and opportunity to cook, what with my busy schedule as a senior intern and with only 3 months left from the Sept PLE.
So I decided to cook adobo sa asin, a twist from the usual adobo sa toyo and adobo sa suka.
What you need:
Pork, water, salt, garlic, onions
How to cook:
- Wash the pork with tap water.
- Place it in a pan, add crushed garlic (only 1/2 of what you prepped), and 1 teaspoon of salt.
- Fill the pan with water until all meat are submerged.
- Boil it until all water’s gone and the meat is starting to produce oil.
- Add the rest of the garlic and minced onion. Sautee until the garlic turns golden brown.
- You can add salt according to your preference.
- Voila! Serve it with a lot of rice!
