Sorry to hear about your food issues. While I didn’t get into the technical details about how AIRE works (perhaps in a future blog post?), it may be of help for someone in your situation.

AIRE is a personal hydrogen breath test device. Hydrogen Breath Tests have been used by gastroenterologists like me for decades. When food is improperly digested in the gut, the bacteria in our colon digest them instead. This releases gases that cause bloating, cramps, diarrhea and abdominal pain. These gases leak into our bloodstream and eventually are exhaled from our lungs. AIRE detects these gases to help people figure out which foods are or are not compatible with their unique digestive system.

For that reason, AIRE may be useful for you since your symptoms may be related to the food that you are eating. Hope that helps!
