Cathartic Correspondence.

These digital doodles are such a wonderfully appropriate means to find emotional release; however, when your life feels like a car going entirely too fast on a back-woods, winding road, then time has a funny way to denying you that purgation.

Joy, disappointment, frustration, humor, fun, love, quietness, melancholy . . .

We experience so many things in such little time these days, but if we miss the necessary opportunity to share it — to release the build up of emotions & experiences — then we’ve missed out on a part of what it means to be fully human.

Maybe it comes in writing, maybe it comes in conversation, but, whatever way it arrives, don’t neglect the need for cathartic correspondence. Discuss what’s going on in your life with someone, something, or some Other.

We were never meant to go it alone.
