I’m gonna go out on a limb here and guess that you don’t really know anyone from the class you’re…
Dana Cruikshank

It’s surprising I need to give my personal credentials to back up a line of reasoned argument. I grew up in China. When I was first born in 1992, my parents just got their first telephone line. We moved to Canada as immigrants, my mother and father despite being university educated took on minimum wage jobs. I qualified for free breakfast. I now moved to the UK, where I know both bankers and construction workers.

I know how hard life can be, and how struggles might be a mitigating factor for desperate behaviour. But it never, never absolves these actions. There is never, ever, a justification for enriching your own life at the expense of others.

One clap, two clap, three clap, forty?
