• Botanical garden is built at Kochi — Danushkodi road in Devikulam, near the Munnar Government College.
• First Phase of garden is completed in 5 acres of land with an initial investment of 4.5 crores.
• Along with flora and fauna of distinct varieties , the garden is designed as an entertainment park for tourists including facilities Coffee Shop, Spices Shop, Watch Tower and Open Theatre.
• Second phase of garden development will begin soon and 10 crores are allotted for its completion.
• Entry fee for adults would be Rs 20/- Per head and Rs 10/- for children below 12 years.
• Visitors can enjoy a spectacular garden which houses around 150 varieties of flowering plants.
