FUN FACT TO THE HILLARY SUPPORTERS about her ‘winning the popular vote”:

In 2008, when Hillary Clinton ran against a political newcomer by the name of Barack Obama for the Democrat Primary nomination, Hillary won the popular vote with 17.8 million votes compared to Obama’s 17.5 million votes.

She garnered 48.04% of the vote, and the Obama received only 47.31% of the vote.

So why wasn’t Hillary the presumptive nominee for the Democrat Party? Hillary earned only 1,973 delegate votes compared to Obama’s 2,285, and the delegates determined the election results, much the way the Electoral College determines who will be the next President of the United States.

So Hillary supporters, you should have HATED Obama (A MAN) getting the nomination over her (A WOMAN)..

Where was the fear and outcry of liberals and millennials, the gnashing of teeth, rending of garments and the rioting and anarchy in 2008 when Clinton lost to a man with little to no public service experience?

Today’s Democrats have become a party of coastal elites completely disconnected from the rest of America. Doubt it? Take a look at a county-by-county map of the 2016 presidential election. You can drive some 3,000 miles across the entire continental United States — from sea to shining sea — without driving through a single county that voted for Hillary Clinton.

At the national level, the Democratic Party has been wiped out. Trump won five states that voted for Obama twice — Iowa, Wisconsin, Ohio, Pennsylvania and Florida — pushing Democrats even further toward the coastal peripheries. As a result, Republicans now control the House, the Senate, the White House, and (after President Trump picks a new justice to replace Antonin Scalia) there will be a restored conservative majority on the Supreme Court.

There are 3,141 counties in the United States.

Trump won 3,084 of them.

Clinton won 57.

There are 62 counties in New York State.

Trump won 46 of them.

Clinton won 16.

Clinton won the popular vote by approx. 1.5 million votes.

In the 5 counties that encompass NYC, (Bronx, Brooklyn, Manhattan, Richmond & Queens) Clinton received well over 2 million more votes than Trump. (Clinton only won 4 of these counties; Trump won Richmond)

Therefore these 5 counties alone, more than accounted for Clinton winning the popular vote of the entire country.

These 5 counties comprise 319 square miles.

The United States is comprised of 3, 797,000 square miles.

When you have a country that encompasses almost 4 million square miles of territory, it would be ludicrous to even suggest that the vote of those who inhabit a mere 319 square miles should dictate the outcome of a national election.

Large, densely populated Democrat cities (NYC, Chicago, LA, etc) don’t and shouldn’t speak for the rest of our country.
