Another example is the “Vegan Foodie Cruise” offered by “Vegan Travel,” which sails through the Mediterranean and includes stops in Italy, Greece, and Turkey. It is made from a blend of soy, wheat, and potato proteins, and it is considered one of the most popular and realistic meat alternatives available.

Other trending vegan meals include “Beyond Meat” sausage, vegan mac and cheese, and vegan ice cream made from soy, almond, or coconut milk.

The “Impossible Burger.” This plant-based burger patty is designed to taste and look like traditional beef burgers, and it can be cooked in a variety of ways. Here’s a recipe for an Impossible Burger:

Ingredients:

  • 1 pack of Impossible Burger patties
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1 bun
  • Lettuce, tomato, and other toppings of your choice

Instructions:

  1. Heat the olive oil in a pan over medium-high heat.
  2. Season the Impossible Burger patties with salt and pepper.
  3. Place the patties in the pan and cook for 3–4 minutes on each side, or until they are browned and cooked through.
  4. Toast the bun in the oven or on the grill.
  5. Assemble the burger by placing the patty on the bun and adding lettuce, tomato, and other toppings of your choice.
  6. Serve and enjoy!

Another trending vegan meal is vegan Mac and Cheese, which is a delicious alternative to the traditional version. Here is a recipe for vegan mac and cheese:

Ingredients:

  • 1 pound elbow macaroni
  • 1/4 cup vegan butter
  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour

Instructions:

  4. Preheat the oven to 375°F.
  5. Stir cooked macaroni into cheese sauce until well combined.
  6. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish, and top with breadcrumbs.
  7. Bake for 20–25 minutes or until the top is golden brown.
  8. Serve and enjoy!
