Reflections from Students of the Dreams and Friendship Exchange

Q: What have you learned so far in the Dreams and Friendship Exchange? What has been your favorite activity?

A: I have learned out of this whole experience that we should make new friends. My favorite activity was when the kids in Macedonia wrote poems dedicated to what we like. I also thought it was pretty fun how we found common interests with each other. — Jayla, Florida

A: I learned about being creative. I like learning new things. I like comparing the cultures. I like the Skype classes. We learned that the kids in Florida eat different types of food. For example, we never eat sushi. That’s new for us. Also, they play basketball and we play volleyball. — Ana, Macedonia
