I long for the taste of you
Desire for you my deepest shame
An unhealthy dependency
Mind flurries without you
Internal clawing grows more violent
Mind screams while my body gives in
I despise that need for you
Giving in I can’t get enough
Thirst for you temporarily quenched
Regret takes hold
I will be free from this toxic relationship
The silent war wages on
