The UX of Learning UX is Broken
Dan Maccarone

A conversation that sorely needed to be started; something that I’ve been harping about for years in the design community in my market; and a really, really hard question to answer.

I work at an agency that is only just beginning to dip their toes into UX and Product Design and, as sure as the sky is blue, I get an email at least once a week about what are the tangible things that I do and what HR should be looking for (mainly due to the fact that I kick back so many candidates handed off from them).

Thanks for the article guys—seriously. Well articulated and exactly what needs to be said.

PS — I’m curious if you guys would happen to have a poignant job description of the modern UXer?
