Imagine you start the day at neutral… You train hard. Muscle is broken down and the nervous system is taxed in a healthy way. Now your body is at a deficit. It must heal and rebuild. Can your body be back at neutral before the next days training?

If your body can you have a distinct advantage. You can come in and hit the training hard again.

Now lets compare this to an athlete who can’t recover fast enough. They train hard, muscle and their nervous system need to rebuild… but it doesn’t.

Now at the next training session the athlete is still at a deficit. They can’t train as hard as they did yesterday. Then this compiles and compiles.
