130 Inspiring Women in UX Writing and Content Design Today
The idea for this list sprouted on International Women’s Day, when I began researching for “lists of women to follow in UX writing and content design.” To my alarm, there weren’t any lists devoted exclusively to women that I could find. So I figured I’d build my own.
My original article and LinkedIn post contained the names of 30 women and non-binary folks in the Content Design space- UX writers, content designers, content strategists and the like. The initial response to the post on LinkedIn was phenomenal. Because of the positive responses and additional names suggested by others, I was able to expand the list from 30 to 130!
I compiled the list from personal connections on LinkedIn, authors of books I’ve read, podcasts I’ve listened to, folks I’ve seen at conferences, and recommended names that were commented on in the original post.
This is by no means a comprehensive list of all women doing wonderful work in content design. If there’s someone who deserves a shout-out, please drop their name in the comments section. Help me expand this important list!
