Dribble Philippines has 266 official players, and we’re on a mission to expand it through this kind of community, that’s why Dribbble Philippines — Cavite Team was born last September of this year. Our very first meetup was a particularly intimate one. We have a total of 15 attendees who are mostly old friends and one out-of-towner. The meetup was held in Amiscosa Farm Cavite near Tagaytay, one of the best tourist spots in the country and only a road trip away from Manila.

The night was filled with meet ups and catch ups, swags and prizes. Thanks to Dribbble, friends and specially to our sponsors!!! 🏀 🏀 🏀

We also had lightning talks entitled “Unlocking your creative potential” and “When design met data”.

The last activity of the night is a 15-min Analog Playoff, a contest wherein everyone will design a logo for the venue sponsor, Amicosa Farm. The winner: a lovely HR manager 💁🏻. It only goes to show that everyone is indeed a designer.

We ended the night with a promise to have to this meetup again next year and to gather more people who love design as much as we do.

Lastly, a word of thanks to the awesome Jaychrist Teves for his initiative and for single-handedly organizing the event.

Thanks, Jay!

Much love from the DribbbleCav Team!
