A few months ago American actor Christopher Lloyd, famous for his role on the cult saga “Back to the future” was spotted in the Italian city of Turin, on the set of a new Fiat’s advertise, now the spot had been released and it is surprisingly good.

The car presented is the new restyled Fiat 500X, an SUV who have not much in common with the old 500 if not the front panel. Nevertheless, the car is rather good looking for its category and the price is really competitive for what it offers.

Low fuel consumption and good performances come along with a series of technological options who have nothing to envy to more expensive rivals in the market, like full led headlights, lane assistant, road signals recognizing system, autonomous emergency brakes and other helpful drive assistance optionss.

Smart and connective, the car feat a 7 inches touch-screen UConnec system and can be paired with Android or Apple devices. A brand new stylish interiors design and full led headlights make this restyled version more attractive than its predecessor.

But lets the spot speak for itself.

The advertise is quite enjoyable, not only for the final cameo of Christopher Lloyd, the Doctor Brown of “Back to the future” movie saga, at which this spot is inspired, the idea is indeed very nice and original, at least different than the usual commercials we are used nowadays. The vintage atmosphere, the old cars visible in the spot and the dynamic screenplay made it captivating even for the ones who dislike this kind of vehicle.

I have to admit I liked it, even if as usual, see the label 500, one of my favorites cars and synonymous, in the old days of a practical and compact car of the people, be used for commercializing SUVs and MPVs give me a rash.

What about you?

Did you like the spot? And the car?
