Sir, I respectfully and completely disagree with you. The whole notion of encapsulating one’s self into a short bio, resume as a way of selling one’s self into a job or an organization is nearly impossible without many of these words. Stats and work product are key, but they don’t always fit on the page. It’s almost as if you are advocating for “I increase everything I touch by XX%. I am one who does exactly what you need (except use adjectives or superlatives). Choose me.”

I’m not sure what I was expecting when I clicked (current version of “paradigm shift”?), but this was one of my more regrettable clicks today and I read a few Facebook linked articles which featured adverticles with Mama June/Honey Boo-Boo, Dr. Oz and a dozen “one weird tricks.”
