Who Is Dr. Josh Brower?
Dr Josh Brower graduated from Washington High School in 1990. After high school, he continued his education at the University of South Dakota. Dr. Brower excelled in college. While the typical college student takes at least four years to complete his or her degree, Dr. Brower completed his degree in just three years. He also graduated with Cum Laude honors.
Dr. Brower was awarded a scholarship to the University of Minnesota, which was the top dental school in the nation at the time. While he was in dental school, he discovered that he had a strong interest in orthodontics and dental implants. The United States Army awarded Dr. Brower a Health Care Professional Scholarship. He studied at the Triple Army Medical Center from 1995 to 1997.
While he was studying at the Triple Army Medical Center, he worked with a gifted orthodontist and oral surgeons. Dr. Brower graduated from the University of Minnesota with honors in 1997. After dental school, Dr. Brower accepted a position as an officer in the United States Army and was stationed in Germany.
While he was stationed in Germany, he continued his education. He trained with an orthodontist, oral surgeons and a prosthodontist. Dr. Brower moved back to the United States after completing advanced training in Germany for two years. He moved to Louisiana with his family and worked in a dental practice with 26 other dentists. Dr. Brower moved to the Midwest after being honorably discharged from the Army and started his own private dental practice.
Dr. Brower has been placing and restoring dental implants ever since 1997. His goal is to help all of his patients get the smile that they want and deserve. Dr. Brower not only performs dental implant placement and restoration, but he also offers general dentistry services.
Because Dr. Brower offers many procedures, this makes things more convenient for his patients. They can see Dr. Brower for their dental needs and do not have to worry about being referred to another provider. Furthermore, multiple procedures can often be combined into one.
Dr. Brower is a nationally-recognized dentist. He has also trained other dentists in dental implant restoration and placement. He is licensed in Nebraska, South Dakota and California. All of Dr. Brower’s licenses have always been in good standing.
Dr. Brower is a member of many prestigious organizations. Some of those organizations include the American Dental Association, International Association of Orthodontics and South Dakota Dental Association. He is also the founder of the American Academy of Small Diameter Implants. He holds master status in this organization.
When Dr. Brower is not changing lives by improving smiles, he is spending time with his family. He has been married to his wife, Peggy, ever since 1993. He met Peggy when they were students at the University of South Dakota. They have four children together. Tennis is one of Dr. Brower’s favorite hobbies. He regularly competes against other dentists in tennis matches. Additionally, Dr. Brower enjoys woodworking and is a member of the Minnesota Woodworkers Guild.
