every women i know has at one point woken up to realize her hair is dirty, she has been wearing sweatpants on the couch for a week and forgot to brush her teeth myself included, my only advice is turn off al communication and take a walk, schmutzty self and all, and see a tree, i did that 1/2 hour ago, did brush my teeth,
