2018's Software Engineering Talent Shortage— It’s quality, not just quantity

The figure for CS graduate counts really needs to be updated to include more recent years. The pipeline of CS undergrads has been filling and the numbers for 2014, 2015, and 2016 would have an impact on this argument. Granted, that doesn’t change the broad conclusions, but saying that there are fewer students going for a Bachelors degree in CS is a false statement in 2017. You can say that there has been effectively zero growth in nearly 20 years.
