Dr Michael Zacharia is a Fellow of the Royal Australasian College of Surgeons, Head and Neck (Otolaryngology) and specialises in Facial Plastic Surgery. He is also an Ear, Nose and Throat (ENT) specialist surgeon. Combining the latest medical, surgical and health techniques, Dr Zacharia delivers the best outcome for each and every one of his patients.

With over 4000 Rhinoplasty procedures performed throughout his career, Dr Zacharia’s ability to achieve natural looking beauty using facial rejuvenation has earned him a prestigious reputation amongst the public, as well as within the medical community.

Dr Zacharia graduated with a Bachelor of Medicine and Surgery (MBBS) at the University of Adelaide in 1987, subsequently completing advanced training in ENT surgery. He received his fellowship with the Royal Australasian College of Surgeons (FRACS) in 1996, specialising in Otolaryngology head and neck surgery (AAFPRS). Dr Zacharia graduated as a specialist surgeon, qualified to perform ENT and head & neck surgery.

Following his graduation in 1996, Dr Zacharia held the position of Locum Clinical Lecturer in Otolaryngology, for the Medical Science Division at Oxford University, U.K. In 1997 he completed a six month fellowship with famed Beverly Hills Plastic Surgeon, Dr Harry Glassman, consolidating his knowledge in all aspects of cosmetic surgery.

Dr Zacharia was formerly the President of the Australasian College of Cosmetic Surgery (ACCS), as well as a member of the Australasian Academy of Facial Plastic Surgery (AAFPS), the American Academy of Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery (AAFPRS) and the Australasian Society of Otolaryngology Head and Neck Surgery (ASOHNS). Dr Zacharia also presents at international conferences and seminars, and is involved in a number of industry training initiatives.

Since 1998, Dr Zacharia has been one of two directors at Bondi Junction Private Hospital (BJPH), located at 21 Spring Street, Bondi Junction.
