In recent years, Dr. Pablo Jeczmien has come to take a holistic approach to mental health and psychological disorders and it seems to have worked. This approach is probably due to a change he made a few years ago, in which he gave up some responsibilities in management and university teaching, to devote more time to the study of Anthroposophical Medicine and Anthroposophical Psychotherapy. He wants to develop a better understanding of the association between mind and body and perhaps learn to bridge that gap.
Pablo Jeczmien is considered a recognized expert in psychosis and personality disorders, as well as depression, anxiety disorders and post-traumatic stress disorders. He gained this expertise from his 30 years’ experience as a psychiatrist. Dr. Jeczmien is currently a General Adult Consultant Psychiatrist with NHS in the United Kingdom and he also sees patients in private practice at The Riverside Practice, a highly regarded centre for health and well-being in East Sussex. As a psychotherapist, he treats patients individually or as a group or family. A member of the British Medical Association and the Royal College of Psychiatrists, is also registered with the General Medical Council.
