What about the drop-off/pick-up locations issue? That’s an important issue, too, but all everyone talks about is the fingerprinting. You’d think that these drivers would know better having passed a driving test. I’ve seen several cars stop in a bike lane. Once WHILE A BIKE WAS IN THE LANE. The cyclist had to slam on the brakes so it wouldn’t “rearend” the car. Don’t get me wrong, I use Lyft on occasion because I’ve never liked cab service here in Austin.
